There are so many types of chutneys. Here we present mint and coriander chutney that goes well with chicken and tandoori dishes and with almost all Indian snacks. Add some cucumber and onion in small pieces and serve the chutney as “raita” with pulao or other rice dish


50 g fresh mint leaves
100 g fresh coriander leaves
½ garlic clove
2 green chilies
½ tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
50 ml water or as required
add some lemon juice in the end if you wish it sour

50 g frische Minzblätter
100 g frische Korianderblätter
½ Knoblauchzehe
2 grüne Chilies
½ TL Kümmel
50 ml Wasser oder nach Bedarf
wenn Du es sauer magst, dann füge noch etwas Zitronensaft hinzu
