Step One:

3 tbsp yogurt

2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic powder
½ caradamom powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cinnamom powder
3 tbsp lemon powder
1 kg chicken
30 g butter

Step Two:

75 g butter
3 green cardamom
1 mace
½ tsp grated nutmeg
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 green chilies
1 chopped onion
salt to taste
1 tsp red chili
1 tsp paprika powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
12-15 cashew nuts
1 tsp sugar
3 large tomatoes

blend the mixture and pour it back into the pan

60 g butter
5 tbsp whipped cream
1 cup water

add the fried chicken and garnish with cilantro

1 TL Korianderpulver

3 EL Zitronensaft
1 kg Hühnchen
30 g Butter

Schritt 2:

3 grüner Kardamom
1 Muskatblüte (getrocknet)
½ TL Muskatnusspulver
2 EL Knoblauchstücke
2 EL Ingwerstücke
2 grüne Chilies
1 Zwiebel
Salz
1 TL roter Chilipulver
1 TL Paprikapulver
½ TL Kurkumapulver
1 TL garam masala
12-15 Cashewnüsse
1 TL Zucker
3 große Tomaten

Mischung pürieren und in die Pfanne zurück geben

60 g Butter
5 EL Sahne
1 Tasser Wasser

die gebratenen Hühnchenstücke dazu fügen und mit Petersilie oder Koriander garnieren
